Engineering services for operating facilities

Retrofit, material handling, and high-energy piping engineering — delivered against field-verified existing conditions, so the design that leaves our desk is the design that installs in your outage. Engineering-led since 2003.

The Acensium method

Every engagement starts with verified reality, not record drawings

Most brownfield problems trace to the same root cause: the design was built on documentation that no longer matches the plant. We verify what is actually in the field — structure, equipment, interferences, and access — then engineer from that basis. Reality capture and modeling are handled in-house by AsBuilt, Acensium’s scan-and-model division.

Not sure which service you need?

Tell us the problem — an outage window, a plugging chute, an equipment upgrade that won’t fit — and an engineer will help you scope it.
